These classes are for persons over the age of 18 years old.  Any medical conditions must be disclosed to Darwin Divine Dancers instructor or representative before under taking a class. You are advised to consult your physician before beginning this or any dance/fitness program. Do not attempt to perform any movement shown or described in Darwin Divine Dancers classes or courses/workshops, unless you are certain of your ability to implement it without incurring strain or injury. The owner and instructor/s of Darwin Divine Dancers, and associated studio spaces, disclaim any liability for losses or injuries sustained in connection with any advice, activity or demonstration on Darwin Divine Dancers classes, courses and workshops. Payment of term courses, workshops, events, costumes, etc. are non refundable or transferable. As a student/perfomer of Darwin Divine Dancers (past or present), if I am found to be using material taught and used (including photographs) in face to face classes, showcases, workshops, or shared within the Darwin Divine Dancers Student Facebook Group or business facebook page, for my own personal gain, I risk removal from Facebook groups and classes, forfeit of any monies paid, and may face further legal consequences as per Australian Creative Commons Copyright laws.
